Our studio in Kitzbühel (formerly Fitness 4 Fun) was founded in 1996 and since then has not only been a sporty, but also a social meeting point for all age groups.

From the beginning our philosophy for a modern, personally supervised training with high quality equipment was in the foreground. Since then, our studio in Kitzbühel has not only been the first point of contact for fitness and fun, but also for prevention and rehabilitation.

With our team we are at your side with words and deeds. Your wishes and goals are the focus of our work. It is our goal to motivate you to exercise with fun and a good mood and to bring you closer to your goals.

THE LARGEST RANGE OF FITNESS COURSES IN TYROL – GROUP FITNESS AT INVIBE

Since INVIBE was founded, our central approach has been to make fitness and exercise accessible to all age groups. We also follow this approach when putting together and implementing our fitness courses.

That is why more than a hundred fitness courses for young and old, as well as for beginners and advanced, are held in all INVIBE fitness studios, in which fun and the joy of movement are the focus.

Each of these 35 different group fitness courses is carried out by a highly trained trainer from our large training staff with passion, patience and dedication.

No fitness course is the same as the other, as every trainer has a different approach, so there is plenty of variety. Registration for our courses is currently very easy on site in your INVIBE fitness studio, but it is of course also possible to participate without prior registration.

FITNESS COURSES FOR ALL NEEDS AND AGES

People of different ages have different training and fitness class needs. In order to understand these different needs exactly and to integrate them into our group fitness program in the best possible way, we also employ trainers of all ages. As Tyrol’s leading provider of fitness courses, we can offer both energy-sapping bootcamp courses with HIT or interval training for young members to push them to their limits and beyond, but also relaxed aerobics or yoga courses for a slightly older audience, in which Movement and relaxation are the focus, like the singing bowl fitness course. We even offer a special Kids Fit program for children, in which even the youngest can learn to enjoy exercise and do something good for their health. In addition, an INVIBE aerobics junior team, around the energetic Michelle, who also regularly takes part in international competitions and European championships, trains in our gym in Wörgl

"Senior Fitness Students With Towel Around Neck"If you are already sure that you want to use our generous and high-quality range of fitness courses, you should opt for a premium tariff right from the start, which offers many advantages. As a premium member, you can take part in all fitness courses free of charge. But not every INVIBE member knows straight away whether fitness courses are right for them. That is why we offer all members the opportunity to take part in the courses offered for a day for a trial price of € 15. If you enjoyed the training, you can buy a block of 10 for € 99.99, or sign up for a premium tariff and continuously take part in all courses free of charge. In this case, of course, the costs for the trial course are also forfeited.

WHY FITNESS CLASSES ARE GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH, NO MATTER HOW OLD YOU ARE

Each fitness course from our wide range pursues its own goals and has its own benefits for your health. What they all have in common, however, is the basic motivation to do something good for your body. Regular fitness classes get the body in shape, tone the skin and muscles and burn lots of calories. Some of our group fitness courses such as light relaxation yoga, Qi Gong, or Pilates focus on stretching muscles and increasing flexibility. Courses such as healthy back, back exercises, back & stretch, or back fit aim to strengthen the core region of the participants in order to be prepared for the demands of today’s everyday life in front of screens and on the sofa. If you want to burn a lot of fat, you can do so in very sweaty and intensive fitness courses such as spinning, bootcamp, Do interval training or bodypump, which we recommend especially for advanced users. Especially for children, we offer fitness courses for five to eleven year olds so that they can learn to enjoy exercise and sport from an early age and do not suffer from imbalances or coordination problems. All of our fitness courses also have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, blood circulation and endurance.
