Kitzbühel is a small town located in Tyrol, the heart of the Austrian Alps. It’s renowned for the Hahnenkammrennen, an annual World Cup ski race, and boasts a vibrant nightlife during the high season. Reachable by car from Munich, Kitzbühel is also close to both the Salzburg and Innsbruck airports.
The property is located in Reith bei Kitzbühel, 3 km from the Kitzbühel city centre. The Kitzbühel Bergbahn cable cars are 2.5 km away. Lake Schwarzsee can be found within the same distance.
The Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee golf course is just 100 m away. Golfclub Kitzbühel is within 5.5 km, and when staying at the Chalet Valerie at least 1 week, 4 green fees (per booking) are included for this course. The nearest restaurant is 300 m away, and a grocery shop can be found 1 km from the property. On request and for a small fee, fresh bread can be delivered every morning to Chalet Valerie.
